PM Assist says PM Complete but says Please run SPT in PM Mode Due to Three Passes of SPT in PM Mode are Needed with OPENMR4 M4.
Symptom
PM Assist says PM Complete but says Please run SPT in PM Mode After running LV Shim and SPT in PM mode per documented procedure, PM Assist comes back with PM complete, but says "Please run SPT in PM Mode". If the FE leaves the system this way the customer will get pop-up messages indicating that PM is overdue. Openspeed Excite systems are required to run 2 passes of PM Mode SPT. First selecting Head and then selecting Body.
