Patient comfort trips due to faulty SRI.
Symptom
Will Not Scan With Patient Comfort Sensor Trip. See Long Description Patient comfort sensor trip; cannot scan due to bore sensor indicating temperature is too hot for patient safety. A message "Patient Comfort Sensor Trip" appears in the message box on the left side of the scan page at the start of autoprescan.
Error message
2248655 Hardware Failure: the bore temperature reading is invalid. Error: 2248655 Host: LFHMRI Process: NSP File: SCP:BoreTempSriHWO Line: 770 Hardware Failure: the bore temperature reading is invalid. It is reading too high. Check for an open in the sensor, sensor cable, or connector, or a problem with the amplifier board on the SRI.
