When scanning epi with standard head coil on an Excite system, the images come out just noise.

MRIQ EPI Images with standard head coil come out just Background noise. see long description. This information is Property of GE Healthcare - For GE Healthcare Service Personnel Only. Disclosure to Third Parties Prohibited. When the Customer scans epi ( e cho p lanar i maging) with the standard HEAD coil, the reconstructed images come out just noise. Autoprescan passes. All other types of scans come out fine. No errors are seen in the log. Ran MGD diags and all pass. Link to image library.
