No Automated SNR Test Available in HDx for 4 Channel CTL Coil.
Symptom
No Automated SNR Test Available in HDx and HDxT for 4 Channel CTL Coil or other coils See long descrption. Previous versions of MR service software have included a tool called CTLSNR and/or Multi coil SNR Tool with which an automated SNR test could be run on the four channel CTL coil. In 14.0, these tools were replaced with the Multi-coil Quality Assurance (MCQA) Tool. This new tool ONLY works with coils that support Coil ID. The problem is that when we upgrade a site to 14.0 (HDx), or beyond, we are often left with the older four channel CTL coil but no way to test it for SNR. iTrak 13091904
