Unable to Scan with 3T MKS RF Amplifier will Not go Ready MKS amp powers up but will not come ready.
Error message
2254253 3T RF Amplifier PA Filament under Voltage (fault 38). The PA Filament supply output was below specification(15V - 5%). 2254253 NSP SCP:../rf_nb_contro 1460 memp 8HRBRAIN protocol:DQA_8ch_Brain/1 3T RF Amplifier PA Filament under Voltage (fault 38). The PA Filament supply output was below specification(15V - 5%). Possible Causes: Defective supply or short on supply output. If the fault persists, replace the RF amplifier 2254256 3T RF Amplifier PA Air Flow (fault 41) see long description Sun Mar 18 17:42:13 2007 Error: 2254256 Host: MR0C1 Process: NSP File: SCP:../rf_nb_contro Line: 1491 3T RF Amplifier PA Air Flow (fault 41). Possible Causes: dirty air filters, bad fuses, defective sensor board. Check that air filters are clean. Test fuses on the Power Supply deck. If the fault persists, replace the RF amplifier.-> NOTE: This error can be cause by one of the 3 "hidden fuses" opening. See SN 67103 for details.
