The DL Digital Leader console is locked, the system will not allow an End exam.

Symptom

The DL Digital Leader console is locked, the system will not allow an End exam. During system use the Digital leader console is locked and it will not allow the customer to end an exam. The DL is displaying the message "acquisition in progress" and the pop up will not allow user input.
