Unable to Open and Read HFO ECMT2 Data Files with Grafidy 3 Viewer Due to Grafidy 3 Viewer is not Compatible with HFO.
Symptom
Unable to Open and Read HFO ECMT2 Data Files with Grafidy 3 Viewer Graf3 viewer supplied on the Openspeed Excite Service Methods CDROM cannot open ECMT files from HFOs. Error message encountered suggesting closing app and editing graf3.init file. PQR 13067299.
Error message
Exit and Edit graf3.init properly and retry "graf3 is not running on HFO and this log file is from HFO. Exit and Edit graf3.init properly and retry." This message appears in the form of a popup window.
