Symptom
Innova System boot failure Any defect that prevents from getting the first acquisition after the system reset. Customer needs to boot again to recover. When Innova system has a actor issue.

Recommended Action: Make sure that the positioner has booted correctly. Run RTAC subsystem//P 600200: Root Cause: Component(s) - Collimator This error is due to a time out on Communication to Collimator. Recommended Action: Make sure that the positioner has booted correctly. Run RTAC subsystem//PCHost//Gitane_ARCNET_COM diagnostics. If no error found then run COLLIMATOR subsystem//Collimator diagnostics. If no error found then it is not the root cause or it is intermittent error. If no error found then check the collimator cable is well plugged on the back of the positioner backplane (J300). Check the Positioner Power Supply. Also, a hot tube can cause Collimator errors, check the generator oil pump.
