Running diagnostics on the Driver Module failed indicating that the Multi-Coil Board #1 was not present. 11x to 14x upgrade.
Symptom
Unable to use the A port when scanning with the HD TRknee PA coil 11.0 to 14.0 upgrade See long description System upgrade where everything worked fine accept coils plugged into the A port. In this case, they only had the one coil, but could not get it to scan. System reporting that the Driver Module was detecting an invalid Configuration. Source of Fault is Multi-Coil Board #1 not present.
