Unable to grapically perscribe off of a 3 plane localizer, the graphic perscription window does not come up, get an error. no valid localizer exhists for current perscription.
Symptom
Unable to Graphically Prescribe off of a 3-plane Localizer, the Graphic Prescription Window Does not Come Up One of the windows / panes is missing for 3 plane-loc. See long description. The tech scans a 3 plane localizes and then wants to graphically prescribe off of that, but the graphic prescription window does not come up, an error comes up: "no valid localizer exists for current prescription".
Error message
2218085 In ImageInstalled, Envelope Status is Error. 2218085 MRS1 TIR ImageInstall.cc 185 In ImageInstalled, envelope status is Error. No Valid Localizer For Current RX This is a popup message to the operator. 2224340 Install image failed
