The SHeM is returning it's shemtype as unknown.
Symptom
HFO SHeM is passing alarms as "SHEM ALARM" and not "HFO ALARM" HFO magnet SHeM alarms are appearing in the RFS queue as "SHEM ALARM XXXX" instead of "HFO ALARM XXXX".
Error message
