Extended Error: If this fault is intermittent, first rule out PSD-related problems by changing the FOV or oblique angle. If faults continue to occur, temporarily remove jumper J1 on the SGA Power Supply Control Board to prevent automatic recovery. On the next fault condition, look at the SGAPS OV LEDs on the front of the module to determine which axis caused the fault. If the BUS_OV LED is lit, check the 420V input to the SGA Power Supply from the PDU. If the OV_X,Y,Z LED is lit, swap military connectors to the Gradient Amplifiers to isolate Gradient Amplifier vs. SGA Power Supply.
