Symptom
PHPS Power Supply #1 fails The power supply PS1 had 0 Vdc output. This supplies power to the PAC, PAL, SRI and Fiber Optic Repeater.

This is identical to the 5109368-2 assembly but has power supplies with modification to allow operation up to a 200 Gauss magnetic field (supplier has shut off production of current supplies and is only building the modified supplies).
