Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2252360 The Driver Module did not detect the T/R DD board, which is required Error: 2252360 Host: MR03 Process: diagCoord File: CanDriverHWO Line: 2721 Diagnostic: DCB Diag Iteration: 1 of 1 Action: 1 Task ID: 0x3156958 Time: 70727 Object: SCP T/R DD Board Not Detected.
