There is a PSDB solution available for deselecting the automatic coil recognition for ALL OrthoMRI systems. If need be, follow that resolution. Then the system can be used as normal once the operator manually selects which coil is being used while on the patient set up page. The most common failure is the particular coil's cable. If multiple coils have this issue the fix could be the mechanical swing arm.
