Unable to Prescan due to RDBM, IT Link error.

Symptom

Unable to Scan with Error No. 2227915 The RDBM Read Header function returned the following error 6 The IT link is possibly disconnected or the IT Boards are not communicating See Long Description The system gives the following errors immediately once autoprescan is passed and scan begins. This happens on all coils once this error occurs. 2227915 "The RDBM Read Header function returned the following error :6 The IT link is possibly disconnected or the IT Boards are not communicating." 2249422 "An ermes-triggered error was detected in task dir (0x396E558) for ermes number 2227915. Additional info in /usr/g/service/log/vxermesTrgLg-9102" Ran the IT diags and got the following error: 2252055 "IT-Host Card driver initialization error. This error usually means that the IT cable is disconnected or that the cable is damaged." PQR 13065908
