Intermittently Unable to Download PSDs Due to Network Switch in the System Cabinet.

Symptom

Intermittent failure in Downloading of PSD's and Autoprescan failures. Intermittently unable to download PSD's and intermittently autoprescan fails with autoshim selected.

Error message

2248346 Pulse generation failed. Probable PSD software error. 2248346 MMCN NSP SCP:sct_prep_or_start 417 Pulse generation failed. Probable PSD software error. Pulse generation timed out. It may be necessary to perform a TPS Reset.
