Possibility of sensor flag damage during the table operation See Long Description SMILe 6/27/07 Effectivity: Signa HDe 1.5T System Problem: If operator performs table operations in the following manner, there is possibility that the sensor flag damage may occur. a. Lowering the table just after cradle gets to the home position. b. Undocking the table just after cradle gets to the home position. c. Undocking the table just after table is docked when table is up limit position. d. Lowering the table just after table reaches up limit when table is docked.
