4000048 could not send packet Component(s)_ETHERNET_Communication 4000048 : Recommended Actions: Root Cause : Component(s) - Ethernet Communication. This error is due to time out on Ethernet Communication. Recommended Actions: ping -t RTAC and Titan (165.100.10.2 and 165.100.10.3) from DL. If both pings passed then this error is not the root cause or intermittent, check 50 ohm termination on Titan side. If both DL-RTAC Ethernet ping and DL-Titan Ethernet ping failed then check Ethernet Hub. If no activity on Ethernet Hub, then check corresponding Ethernet cables. If cable badly plugged then replug cable. Run DL /Interactive/Ethernet all ports diagnostics if available. If no error found and problem persists then replace MISC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MINI HUB. If problem persists then replace DL -- DL/RTAC bootable chassis RP. If DL-RTAC Ethernet ping only failed then replace RTAC -- DL/RTAC bootable chassis RP. If DL-Titan Ethernet ping only failed then replace Titan Ethernet board BIU A2.
