Symptom
Scan Pauses with Gradient Errors and Continues after start Scan Pressed then Images Show Bright Line Artifact System scans and pauses with Gradient errors. Images had a definite gradient collapsed.
Error message
2250109 The GP is reporting a Gradient Clock Stop. The GP stopped receiving a gradient clock signal from the systems cabinet. 2253850 Gradient Link Hammer test failed. The GP received an invalid %c axis data value via the gradient data link. Check the gradient data and clock fiber optic cable connections 2253850 Gradient Link Hammer test failed.
