Gantry locks up with error 50114 in error log
Error message
50114 with lost communication to positioner to follow 50114 with lost communication to positioner to follow. Root Cause: Component(s) - Positioner Table-ACDC board This error is due to 12V or 160V power failure found on Table. See Long Desc. Root Cause: Component(s) - Positioner Table-ACDC board This error is due to 12V or 160V power failure found on Table. Recommended Action: Check 12V and 130V on Positioner ACDC regulation board. If bad voltage found, then replace Positioner ACDC REGULATION BOARD. If voltages are good, then look at the Hardware Status in the error debug text (0:Longitudinal, 1:Lateral, 2:Heighth).Check corresponding Encoder, Potentiometer and cables. If motion starts normally and stops, then replace corresponding potentiometer. If motion starts at full speed and stops, then replace corresponding encoder.
