Symptom
Magnet Monitor 3 using a Modem is not successfully uploading data. The Magnet Monitor was correctly setup and checked out, but is not reporting into the Questra / Insite2 database.
Error message
Magnet Monitor 3 with modem does not upload data The "View InSite2 Status" log on the device displays connection complete but registration fails
