Symptom
Appears the X and Y Coil Drive is swapped Error In DQA Calibration see long description Auto DQA Calibration failed due to error during analysis. "Appears the X and Y Coil Drive is swapped". The images were correct geometrically. However the analysis reported detecting two objects. The top structure the program was measuring had a dip in it due to low fluid in the Phantom
