The Ellis & Watts Main Disconnect Panel MDP Will Not Power On After Power Outage To Site The FE is unable to power on the Ellis & Watts Main Disconnect Panel (MDP) after a power outage at the site when the power company's transformer on the pole outside the building exploded. Three phase power to the MDP has been restored but the MDP will not power on. The FE detects the odor of something having been burned inside the MDP.
