Auto Window Width/Level WW/WL Not Applied Evenly Across Series.
Symptom
Auto Window Width/Level WW/WL Not Applied Evenly Across Series Some Images are Darker than others See Long Description and Attachment for an example of the images. The customer complaint on this 1.5T Signa HDx scanner running 14.0 M4+SP2 software is that sometimes the images do not have auto window width/level (WW/WL) applied evenly: Some images appear brighter than others within the same series. The images have similar Mean and Std Deviation, however the WW/WL shows a prominent visual difference. According to the customer, there is really no reason why these images have such a different WW/WL. See Attachment for the images. PQR 13100834.
