Symptom
HIS RIS Worklist Displays SPS Start Date of 01/01/00 and Birth Date of 01/01/1900 When HIS/RIS records have SPS (Scheduled Procedure Step) Start date of format YYYY.MM.DD; which is a valid format in DICOM, date 01/01/00 is displayed in the work list. If the birth date is of the form YYYY.MM.DD then the birth date is ignored and a default date of 01/01/1900 is displayed on the UI. SPR MRIhc23176.
