Wide Borders on Films from Sony Film See Long Description The customer installed a "Sony Film Station" and complained to the FE that the borders around the image area on the 14x17 inch films from this scanner are too wide. On a 1x1 format they're two inches on the top and bottom, and between one and one and a half inches on each side. On a 20x1 format there is about 1/2 inch all the way around. The customer went to Sony first who told them they can't help them, it's a GE problem. The FE checked under "Print Options" and Slide Format is off. He can't find any other reason why there would be such wide borders.
