Unable to Scan using the MRID 1.5T T/R Knee/Foot Coil due to error Multicoil Bias Fault Detected Open Circuit.

Symptom

Unable to Scan using the MRID 1.5T T/R Knee/Foot Coil with Multicoil Bias Fault Detected Open Circuit The FE had just replaced the MRID 1.5T T/R Knee/Foot Coil's cable: "MRID 1.5T KNEE/FOOT CABLE W/COIL ID" part number 2293674-13 when this problem began. Every time a scan is attempted using this coil, the prescan fails with the error shown below logged: 2252301 Multicoil Bias Fault Detected - Open Circuit. Try re-seating all coil connectors. On systems equipped with both a Driver Module and an SSM (as on 11x systems) there is a race condition, with faults reported by the Driver Module causing a false reporting of both Head and Body Path Open faults from the SSM. The Driver Module fault is the only real fault here. Once it is fixed, the other faults will also disappear. When encountering this situation always work on the Driver Module fault first. 2249149 SIG213 NSP SCP:../TrDriverMdsHWO.cpp 1286 T/R driver fault, head path open Possibly a disconnected cable between the driver board and the head T/R network, or an open diode in the head T/R switch. An open circuit fault occurs when the actual value is less than the pre-defined limit. Check system cables, connectors, coils and configurations. Re-seat all coil connectors. The mask of all failed channels indicates additional channels with the same fault - convert the hex number to a bitmap to decipher the mask, with channel 1 indicated by the least significant bit and channel 16 indicated by the most significant bit. For example, a mask of 0x3c converts to 0011 1100, meaning channels 3, 4, 5, and 6 all experienced the same failure. The key at the bottom of the error message shows the MC driver bias channels provided by the Driver Module used with each mult
