Symptom
Unexpected Table Drive into Bore at Full Speed When the operator presses the home key, the table moves several inches in the home direction, and then may reverse direction on its own and travel at high speed back into the bore to the mechanical stop at the end of the table. This fix senses the table velocity, and if it exceeds a maximum, halts the table immediately.
