Gradient Amplifier could be damaged by a defective SGA or HFA Control Board SMILe 1/19/06 Effectivity: All Signa 1.5T and 3T MR Systems using ACGD, HFD or HFA gradients. Problem: It is possible, during troubleshooting, to swap a faulty SGA or HFA Control Board into a functioning amplifier and damage the amp.
