systemhealth Sweep Fails with Error ASCIP2013 Failed to load stdout filesback for sweep script.

Symptom

"systemhealth" Sweep Fails with Error "ASCIP2013 Failed to load stdout filesback for sweep script: Failed to create sweep script output object: Script output file does not exist" When I run a systemhealth sweep (from AutoSC) it fails with the ASCIP2013 error, --- "ASCIP2013 Failed to load stdout filesback for sweep script: Failed to create sweep script output object: Script output file does not exist: /ascpdata3/jobdirs/olcascp4/IPSWEEP/43506729_10.Nov.06.07.41.40/scriptStd.txt". IBIS uses the "systemhealth" sweep data to determine pass/fail. Therefore IBIS cannot pass for this site. SPR MRIhc20275.
