Symptom
MOBILE Magnet Satcomm JOB CARD 000008 Serial Link communications Issue between the SHeM and the Satellite Modem. DETAIL - Because of this symptom, we will see no updates in PPADs. Emails will be coming in from the unit, but because there is no SHeM specific information, the AutoSC has no data to populate in PPADs. If you were to look at the email coming back from the Satellite, you would have all of the information from the Satellite modem, but nothing from the SHeM (System ID, Time/Date stamp from the Magnet Data, Magnet Data).
