System Not Recognizing L_BREAST, R_BREAST, and 2_BREAST with Coil MRID 1.5/1.0T Open Breast Coil M1087BT p/n 2246360 Connected. The Coil ID LED Stays Dark or Off. See Long Description System not recognizing "L_BREAST", "R_BREAST", and "2_BREAST" which are the defined coil names for the MRID 1.5/1.0T Open Breast Coil M1087BT, coil p/n 2246360 with this coil connected. The "Coil ID" indicator LED stays dark, it does not illuminate. There are no errors logged, but the FE stated that the operator sees a popup message to the effect that the coil is not recognized, but he doesn't have the exact text of that popup message. He can scan a phantom okay with this coil using the "geservice" patient ID which causes the system to ignore Coil ID. The customer tried a different protocol but there was no change to symptoms. All other coils are working fine.
