Install and Calibration Wizard is missing Due to Restricted Service.

Symptom

The Calibration Wizard is missing from Common Service Desktop In Dir 5144304 - Signa HDe 1.5T Service Methods, Rev. 1, 02/08/2006, in Home > Functional Cks > RF Functional Checks > UPM- Body and Head Functional Check, step 4.1, 1.5T BODY UPM FUNCTIONAL CHECK, substep 6b states "For the Class M service tool, select [Calibration Wizard] from the calibration menu..." But there is no [Calibration Wizard] there, even though the correct Restricted Service software is loaded and the FE's service key is installed and recognized.
