Symptom
VIC - Black Level at 440mv Out to the Monitor The video out to the monitor is very bright, unable to make a distinction between the blacks and the whites. The entire range of video is between 440 and 550 mv, the black level or the collimator blades are at 440mv. The video is normal in service but in applications it is as described above.
