Debug Mode Error Message: ERROR STATUS RECEIVED IN ADS PREP REPLY Debug Mode Numeric Fields: HW: 00H = O.K.01H = Client not available02H = IDC communication error04H = Medical Application error08H = ADS error10H = Sequence errorUSER: N/A MODULE ADS DESCRIPTION The ADS workstation reported an error condition in the Prep Status message sent to the ASC. RECOMMENDED ACTIONS 1. Try to Prep the system again.2. Verify the Medical Application is active on the ADS.3. Verify that a Patient Exam is active.4. Verify the Ethernet connection from the ADS to the Ethernet HUB.5. Verify the Ethernet connection from the IDC to the Ethernet HUB.6. Restart the Browser on the ADS workstation.7. Reboot the ADS workstation.8. Reboot the system.
