Advantx VIC Goes in to warm start but system reports Error Code 470C: VIC Warm Start Power Failure Advantx system reports error code 470C VIC Warm Start Power Supply failure. The VIC1 A31 power supply is receiving 120 VAC warm start. All the DC power supplies on the VIC1A31 are within the expected range. Signal PWR OK-Warm (VIC1 A31 U19-pin 11) should be HIGH, but is LOW. The Voltage measured at the cathode of CR28, CR29, CR70, CR95, CR73 and CR76 with respect to Logic Ground should be ZERO, but is at 3.3 VDC (HIGH).
