Symptom
Unable to Open and Read HFO ECMT2 Data Files with Grafidy 3 Viewer Graf3 viewer supplied on the Openspeed Excite Service Methods CDROM cannot open ECMT files from HFOs. Error message encountered suggesting closing app and editing graf3.init file. PQR 13067299.
