The FE just did an Excite I to Excite II upgrade running the 11.0_0332b software build (Excite II not Excite IIA). The FE downloaded all the M3 patches off the web and installed. After the upgrade was complete, the system fails to download any protocols with the Spin Echo PSD as well as some others. It will download FSE-XL, but autoprescan fails with signal too small when attempting to scan. Manual prescan shows flat line. If the FE puts in some approximate prescan values, the system will scan and produce an image but the image is split (nothing in the center and looks like wrap in from each side). See an example of this image on the OLC server in /data2_mr/ 423224MR1/image, e50973s4i11. This psd download problem appears to be similar to the problem which is addressed with patch #8, but the FE has already loaded on this patch. Additionally patch #8 shows up in the "getver" output.
