Unable to Scan Patients Unless Patient ID is GEservice.
Symptom
Unable to Scan Patients Unless Patient ID is GEservice New Excite HD system which has successfully generated the IIS (Install-In-Spec) key is unable to scan patients due to error message (See Error Concept for error message). Note that system will scan provided "geservice" is used in the Patient ID field but of course this is not permissible when scanning patients.
Error message
2220002 System calibration is not complete. The system is not ready for diagnostic imaging.
