The Innova Image Monitors go blank. The DL Console monitor remains normal all the time. Problem may not be systematic - may appear then disappear. May also apply to both live and reference monitors at same time. Sometimes, when the image appears again on the monitors, it takes time for image to be fully stabilized (seems taking a long time to synchronize) The Innova Image Monitors go blank. Innova Monitors go blank All of the image display monitor go blank. There were no errors about loss of video in the error log. The problem may or may not be intermittent.
