Unable to Save or Burn Images to a CD on Excite HD.
Symptom
Unable to Save or Burn Images to a CD on Excite HD The issue was with the cd burner in the media tower on excite system. The customer could not burn a CD. I ran scsistat after tech power cycled and rebooted to verify the system could see the media tower on scsi2 bus, and it did.
Error message
Unsupported media in the drive. Getting this message when trying to copy exam(s) onto the CD.
