VIC - Horizontal lines on the image intermittently.
Symptom
VIC - Customer getting tight horizontal lines in the fluoro image intermittently. Customer would get very tight horizontal lines in the fluoro image intermittently. The tube rotor was noisy when this noise came up, however it was not the tube.
