VIC - TV image not square on the monitor.
Symptom
VIC - TV image is not square on monitor. TV image not square on monitor. The FE has checked monitor yoke rotation. When he moves it the raster rotates. When the raster is set up properly the image is rotated approximately 5 degrees. Spot film images look fine, not rotated.
