Symptom
Intermittent issue where the pre and post contrast series within a Carotid study cannot be subtracted. Customer intermittently, on the their Carotid studies, encounters an issue where a matched pre and post contrast set of series will not subtract. They get a message indicating that the images indicating that the locations do not match up. Reviewing the start and end locations on from the customer perspective...they are fine. Tech indicates that this has occurred on several occations, but they have not fully understood the scenario that causes this when the problem arrises.
