VIC - Communications Errors: 4022, 4A02, 6113, and 6310 Customer getting 4020 errors to the VIC. Pulled error log and there are 4020 Communications Errors, 4A02 Arcnet Transmission Failed and 6310 VIC module not available. The customer has repowered without success. ERROR INFO: 4020 6310 4022 all NODE 0A, 4A02 NODE 0B.
