How Do I Reload IVI (Interactive Vascular Imaging) Option Software on HDx? The customer complained of some behavior of the IVI (Interactive Vascular Imaging) option software, which was most likely an applications-training issue, but the FE thought he would try reloading the IVI option software first, to see if it made any difference. But he couldn't find a way to do this on HDx software.
