Power cycling can corrupt TPS Communication and Operating System software.

Symptom

Do not power cycle GOC or System Cabinet on 14x without shutting down the ICN's One cannot cycle power any longer to the GOC or the System Cabinet. There are 2 ICN's (Image Compute Nodes) in the VRE which have operating software downloaded from the Host. They must be shutdown prior to cycling power to the GOC or System Cabinet otherwise the OS software can become corrupt.
