ADX 8835SFD 4B1B, 4B34, 4B21 errors when inserting a cassette.
Symptom
System powers up, but no Spot Film Device functions. If a cassette is inserted in the Spot Film Device nothing happens. System reports errors 4B1B, 4B34, 4B21 as if it were seeing a cassette in the back and the rear door was unlocked, but is locked. In diags, errors 8B1B HW 0100 and 8B1B 0200 when running the Rear door interlock test. Also when running the Cassette sensor/ Spot Film Device position test the status bit for the rear door was not toggling if the door was closed and open, but if manually actuating the solenoid/switch then it toggled OK.
