Subject: ACGD/HFD SGA Power Supply Overtemperature Faults. Effectivity : All 1.5T and 3.0T MR Systems using ACGD, HFD, and HFD-S Cabinets. Problem : Error codes 2244589 (9.1 software only) and 2244590 (11.0, 12.0, & 14.0 software only) report that the ACGD/HFD SGA Power Supply has a heatsink overtemperature fault even though the equipment room temperature is less than 9C (48F).
